Prószyński et Staręga 1971:

Gatunek wątpliwy, od chwili opisania powtórnie nie znaleziony. Z rysunków Mengego można zorientować się, że chodzi tu o gatunek należący z pewnością do rodzaju Cyphepeira Arch. i bardzo blisko sp0krewniony, jeśli nie identyczny z Cyphepeira patagiata (Cl.).
