Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1986b:
Rzadko i sporadycznie spotykany gatunek w południowej i środkowej części Europy, wykazywany także z Afryki Północnej i Kaukazu. W Polsce notowany tylko ze Śląska Dolnego i Górnego, a niektóre z tych notowań według W. Kolbego (1921) dotyczą Arthrolips obscurus (C. B. Sahlb.). Wymagania środowiskowe są słabo poznane. W Austrii był poławiany na suchych, gałęziach buka oraz wysiewany z chrustu.
