Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1981:
Gatunek zamieszkujący całą Europę, wykazywany również z Kaukazu. W Polsce notowany z nielicznych rozproszonych stanowisk. Występuje przeważnie na terenach lesistych, ale znajdowany bywa również nad górną granicą lasu, na przykład na szczycie Babiej Góry (Stobiecki 1883). Poławiany w spróchniałych pniakach, w grzybach, wśród traw, pod kamieniami, w nawozie i pod wypielonym zielskiem.
