Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1986a:
Gatunek europejsko-syberyjski, rozpowszechniony w całej Europie aż do najdalszych krańców północnych, na Syberii docierający do Jeniseju. W Polsce, chociaż nie znany jeszcze ze wszystkich krain, występuje prawdopodobnie na całym obszarze prócz wyższych partii górskich. Zasiedla zarówno tereny nizinne, jak i górzyste, gdzie dochodzi do strefy subalpejskiej. Występuje w ciągu całego roku pod rozkładającymi się szczątkami roślinnymi, zwłaszcza pod opadłym listowiem, sianem, słomą oraz napływkami.
