Taxon description
Gatunek występujący w południowej części środkowej Europy, Europie Południowej i Afryce Północnej. W środkowej części Europy jest chrząszczem bardzo rzadko spotykanym na stanowiskach o charakterze kserotermicznym, w Polsce notowanym tylko z Roztocza. Jako rośliny żywicielskie były podawane cieciorka pstra — Coronilla varia L. i przelot pospolity — Anthyllis vulneraria L.
