Prószyński et Staręga 1971:

Górski gatunek, znany z Francji, Szwajcarii, Austrii, Czechosłowacji i Rumunii.
Zamieszkuje piętra regli, kosodrzewiny i hal, w Tatrach na wysokości 930-1900 m n.p.m., w Karkonoszach – 1340 m n.p.m. Żyje w miejscach wilgotnych i zarośniętych ziołami.
