Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1976:
Torfowiskowy gatunek rozprzestrzeniony głównie w północnej Europie, w środkowej Europie znany z nielicznych stanowisk, poza tym wykazywany z Syberii i Ameryki Północnej. W Polsce rzadko notowany. Zbadanie rozmieszczenia omawianego gatunku u nas jest ważne, gdyż przez nasz kraj prawdopodobnie przebiega jego południowa granica zasięgu. Występuje na terenach nizinnych i podgórskich, w płytkich zbiornikach na torfowiskach, nieraz spotykany w ich otoczeniu w wilgotnej glebie, nad morzem pod butwiejącymi morszczynami.
