Taxon description
Heintze 1990:
Dość rzadki ten gatunek lata od końca V do końca VIII. Gąsienice żerują często po kilka na wykach i wielu innych roślinach motylkowych od IX do VI, z przerwą na sen zimowy. Przepoczwarczają się w oprzędach, zbudowanych między liśćmi i źdźbłami nad ziemią lub na ziemi.
