Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1993:
Gatunek rozmieszczony głównie w środkowej i południowo-wschodniej części Europy, sięgający na wschód po Azję Środkową, notowany też z Danii, południowej Szwecji i Finlandii. W Polsce występuje na całym obszarze prócz wyższych partii górskich. Zasiedla głównie umiarkowanie wilgotne stanowiska. Rozwój larwalny nie znany. Postacie dojrzałe poławiano od marca do sierpnia na bylicy pospolitej — Artemisia vulgaris L., szczawiu zwyczajnym — Rumex acetosa L., wrotyczu pospolitym — Tanacetum vulgare L. oraz gatunkach z rodzaju malina — Rubus L.
