Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1978:
Gatunek zamieszkujący środkową i południową Europę, wykazywany również z Francji, Kaukazu i z jednego stanowiska w Holandii. W Polsce notowany z kilku zaledwie stanowisk w południowo-zachodniej części kraju. Znajdowany przeważnie w pobliżu wód lub na wilgotnych terenach pod przesychającym nawozem, w ściółce, pod butwiejącymi resztkami roślinnymi, niekiedy w gniazdach kreta lub w sąsiedztwie gniazd mrówek Lasius fuliginosus (Latr.).
