Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1986c:
Gatunek rozmieszczony w południowej części Europy, wykazywany też z Kaukazu. Według A. Horiona (1961) wiadomości o występowaniu w Europie Środkowej są niewiarygodne, wobec czego dane co do stanowisk w południowej części naszego kraju winny być potwierdzono nowymi materiałami. Z powodu skreślenia omawianego gatunku z listy chrząszczy Śląska (Gerhardt 1900) wszystkie dawne wzmianki o występowaniu na tym obszarze nie mogą być tutaj wzięte pod uwagę (Reitter 1870, Letzner 1871, 1889, Gerhardt 1891). Bionomia i wymagania środowiskowe tego gatunku nie są znane.
