Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 2000:
Gatunek opisany ze Szwajcarii, dotychczas notowany z Francji, Danii, Niemiec, Podola, Słowacji, Austrii, Węgier, Włoch i Serbii. Z Polski notowany z niezidentyfikowanego stanowiska «Asten» na Śląsku, na podstawie materiału pochodzącego z XIX wieku. Niedawno wykazany z trzech stanowisk na Roztoczu. Występuje na niżu i w niższych położeniach górskich, we Włoszech do wysokości 1100 m n.p.m., w lasach mieszanych i liściastych, preferując lasy bukowe. Aktywne imagines poławiano od maja do sierpnia. Rozwój larwalny nie jest poznany.
