Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1980:
Szeroko rozprzestrzeniony gatunek palearktyczny, notowany także z Afganistanu i Ameryki Północnej. W Polsce występuje na terenach nizinnych i w górach, ale stosunkowo rzadko i sporadycznie spotykany. Zasiedla najczęściej miejsca wilgotne na terenach otwartych i pobrzeżach lasu. Znajdowany wśród mchów, pod opadłym listowiem, gnijącymi grzybami, sianem i w kompoście, również w gniazdach mrówek, w górach w gniazdach susłów.
