Taxon description

Burakowski et al. 1990b:

Obszar rozsiedlenia tego gatunku obejmuje Karpaty Wschodnie i Południowe. W Polsce znany dotychczas tylko ogólnikowo na podstawie stanowisk obecnie leżących poza naszą granicą (Czarnohora). Niedawno dopiero został odkryty na kilku stanowiskach w Bieszczadach, gdzie był łowiony w maju, lipcu i sierpniu; na jednym ze stanowisk, żerował gromadnie na knieci błotnej — Caltha palustris L.
