Taxon description

Szelegiewicz 1968:

Znany ze Szwecji, północnych Niemiec, ZSRR (półwysep Kola) i Alp (Szwajcaria, Austria). Prawdopodobnie borealno-alpejski.
Gatunek jednodomny i holocykliczny. Monofag na borówce pijanicy — Vaccinium uliginosum L. Żeruje na czubkach młodych pędów i na spodniej stronie liści.
