Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1974:
Gatunek poza Polską znany z południowej części Anglii, Belgii, Holandii, Danii, NRF i NRD. W Polsce rzadko znajdowany; z Roztocza (Zwierzyniec, Panasówka) podał go omyłkowo Sz. Tenenbaum (1913), co sam później (1918) sprostował. Najczęściej łowiony na łąkach w dolinach większych rzek oraz ich dopływów, postacie dorosłe spotykane zwłaszcza na trawach, gdzie wyżerają nasiona.
