Taxon description

Burakowski et al. 1978:

Gatunek zamieszkujący prawie całą Europę, na północy przekraczający koło podbiegunowe, wykazywany ponadto z Azji Mniejszej. Wszędzie dość często spotykany. Występuje pod przegrzybioną korą na pniach i gałęziach, na spróchniałych pniakach, na hubach nadrzewnych i przy wyciekającym soku z drzew.
