Taxon description

Burakowski et al. 1983:

Gatunek o niedostatecznie poznanym rozmieszczeniu, wykazywany dotychczas z Francji południowej, Włoch północnych, Austrii Dolnej i Turcji. W Polsce dopiero niedawno stwierdzony. Gatunek występujący lokalnie, niekiedy licznie w miejscach pojawu. Znajdowany wczesną wiosną i jesienią w ekskrementach krów.
