Taxon description

Burakowski et al. 1985:

Gatunek o niedostatecznie poznanym rozmieszczeniu, gdyż został stosunkowo niedawno opisany — wykazany dotychczas z Jugosławii, Rumunii, Węgier, Burgenlandu w Austrii, Czechosłowacji, południowej części Polski oraz z Turcji. W Polsce jest chrząszczem nadzwyczaj rzadkim. Wymagania ekologiczne i bionomia nie są znane.

Kuśka 1995:

Dahlgren (1979) wymienia go z Polski, ze Śląska, jednak bez bliższych informacji. Nieliczne dokładne daty złowienia wskazują, że chrząszcze pojawiają się wcześnie i krótko żyją.
Dotychczas znany z Polski, Czech, Słowacji, Węgier, Austrii, Jugosławii, Ukrainy i Turcji.
