Taxon description
Gatunek rozprzestrzeniony w zachodniej części Palearktyki wraz z Afryką Północną i Azją Mniejszą po dorzecze Jeniseju; w Europie na północ sięgający poza koło podbiegunowe. Gatunek wielożerny, notowany jako szkodnik różnych roślin uprawnych. Postacie dojrzałe żerują zwykle przed zmierzchem lub w dni pochmurne.
