Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1990b:
Gatunek zamieszkujący wybrzeża Morza Czarnego, Półwysep Bałkański i dolinę Dunaju, na północ docierający do Turyngii, środkowej Polski i Podola. W Polsce notowany z nielicznych stanowisk rozproszonych w różnych częściach kraju. Chrząszcz ciepłolubny, zasiedlający nasłonecznione wąwozy, stare kamieniołomy i wyrobiska. Postacie dojrzałe poławiano od maja do lipca na różnych gatunkach wierzb.
