Burakowski et al. 1974:

Gatunek szeroko rozpowszechniony, znany z prawie całej Europy (prócz północnej części Fennoskandii), wykazywany też z Kaukazu, Azji Mniejszej i Syberii. W Polsce wszędzie pospolity. Zasiedla gleby różnych typów zarówno na otwartych jak i na zalesionych terenach, spotykany również w pobliżu wód.
