Szelegiewicz 1968:
Szeroko rozmieszczony w Europie.
Gatunek holocykliczny i jednodomny. Żeruje w zwartych koloniach na spodniej stronie liści olchy szarej — Alnus incana (L.) Mnch., rzadziej na innych olchach.
