Taxon description

Burakowski et al. 2000:

Gatunek o niedostatecznie poznanym rozsiedleniu ogólnym, gdyż do niedawna powszechnie, również w Polsce (t. 7, str. 188) uważany za odmianę albo synonim Sepedophilus pedicularius (Grav.). Według G.A. Lohsego (1989) w Europie Środkowej jest szeroko rozmieszczony, zwłaszcza na ciepłych stanowiskach. L. Borowiec (1992) uważa, że w Polsce na pewno występuje na Śląsku Dolnym i w Beskidach Wschodnich.
