Taxon description
Szelegiewicz 1968:
Europa z wyjątkiem Skandynawii, zachodnia Syberia, Anatolia i Izrael.
Gatunek jednodomny i holocykliczny. Monofag na goryczelu jastrzębcowatym — Picris hieracioides L. Żeruje na końcach pędów i na łodydze.
