Taxon description
Gatunek występujący w niemal całej Europie (nie znany z Półwyspu Bałkańskiego), w Fennoskandii docierający do koło podbiegunowego. W Polsce notowany z nielicznych miejscowości w siedmiu krainach. Zamieszkuje tereny nizinne i podgórza, gdzie występuje na piaszczystych pobrzeżach większych rzek. Poławiany głównie w napływkach popowodziowych.
