Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1986a:
Gatunek rozpowszechniony w całej prawie Europie, na północ docierający do południowej Szkocji i środkowych prowincji Fennoskandii. W Polsce notowany z Pobrzeża Bałtyku i siedmiu krain południowych. Występuje w ciągu całego roku pod rozkładającymi się materiałami roślinnymi, jak leżące na ziemi liście, słoma, siano, zielsko, kompost; ponadto znajdowany pod odstającą korą i wśród mchów na starych drzewach.
