Taxon description
Gatunek pospolity, zamieszkujący prawie całą Europę, znany też z północnej Afryki, Kaukazu i zachodniej Syberii. Występuje na wilgotnych miejscach, często gromadnie na pobrzeżach wód, unika kamienistych brzegów i terenów pokrytych mchem. U nas częstszy na niżu.
