Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1979:
Gatunek na ogół słonawiskowy, rozprzestrzeniony od Morza Białego wzdłuż wybrzeży Bałtyku, Morza Północnego, Oceanu Atlantyckiego aż do basenu Morza Śródziemnego i Kaspijskiego, wykazywany również z nielicznych słonawisk śródlądowych. W Polsce notowany tylko z czterech krain, przy tym o występowaniu na Śląsku Górnym i Nizinie Wielkopolsko-Kujawskiej wątpi A. Horion (1963, 1965), wobec czego zasiedlenie tych obszarów przez omawiany gatunek winno być potwierdzone na podstawie dalszych badań. Występuje głównie na miejscach piaszczystych na Nizinie Mazowieckiej na pobrzeżach rzek.
