Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1992:
Gatunek rozmieszczony w zachodniej i środkowej części Europy, notowany poza tym z zachodniej Ukrainy. W Polsce należy do wielkiej rzadkości, znany tylko z jednego okazu znalezionego przez S. Stobieckiego w Chyszowie (obecnie jest to część Tarnowa); okaz dowodowy znajduje się w zbiorach Instytutu Zoologii Systematycznej i Doświadczalnej PAN w Krakowie. Gatunek oligofagiczny, żerujący na różnych gatunkach roślin, głównie z rodzajów rezeda — Reseda L. i ubiorek — Iberis L.
