Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1974:
Szeroko rozmieszczony gatunek europejsko-syberyjski, który swym zasięgiem obejmuje znaczną część Europy i zachodniej Syberii. W południowym obszarze zasiedlenia występuje tylko w górach (Hiszpania, Włochy, Bułgaria), na północy sięga do skrajnych prowincji Fennoskandii, gdzie bytuje na obszarach tundrowych. W Polsce występuje na terenach niżowych i wyżynnych. Zamieszkuje głównie gleby piaszczyste, żwirowate i niezbyt wilgotne torfowe, występuje zarówno na otwartych obszarach jak i w jasnych lasach sosnowych.
