Taxon description
Gatunek o niedostatecznie poznanym rozmieszczeniu, opisany z Maroka, wykazywany z nielicznych stanowisk w południowej części środkowej Europy, we Włoszech i na Korsyce. Wszędzie bardzo rzadko notowany, prawdopodobnie z powodu dużego podobieństwa do pokrewnego gatunku Cypha longicorne (Payk.), od którego można go odróżnić tylko przez zbadanie organu kopulacyjnego. W Polsce znany tylko z dwu stanowisk. Wymagania biotyczne nie znane.
