Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1981:
Podgatunek rozsiedlony od środkowej części Europy aż do zachodniej Syberii, na niektórych obszarach częstszy niż podgatunek nominatywny. Z Polski notowany z nielicznych stanowisk z zachodniej i południowej części kraju. Żyje w gniazdach Formica rufa L., niekiedy spotykany w mrowiskach F. pratensis Retz. i F. truncorum Fabr.
