Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1978:
Według Cl. Besucheta (1974) jest to gatunek zachodnioeuropejski, na północ sięgający do Wysp Brytyjskich, a na wschód do RFN i Szwajcarii. W Polsce dotychczas w sposób pewny nie stwierdzony. Z uwagi na ogólne rozmieszczenie omawianego gatunku dane z Polski wymagają dokładnego zbadania, a prawdopodobnie odnoszą się do Euplectus decipiens Raffray lub Euplectus brunneus (Grimm.). Znajdowany w ściółce przy podstawie stojących drzew i starych pieńków.
