Gatunek o niedostatecznie znanym rozmieszczeniu, podawany z pojedynczych stanowisk w Szwecji, Anglii, Francji, Hiszpanii, Włoszech, Szwajcarii, Niemczech, Austrii, Czechosłowacji, na Węgrzech, w Rumunii i Azji Mniejszej. Żyje w wilgotnej ściółce leśnej.
