Szelegiewicz 1968:
Europa, Azja Środkowa.
Gatunek holocykliczny i jednodomny. Żyje na turzycy piaskowej — Carex arenaria L. i loarskiej — Carex ligerica J. Gay. Biologia i rozmieszczenie słabo poznane.
