Taxon description
Gatunek rozpowszechniony prawie w całej Europie, na północy sięgający do około 70° szer. geogr., ponadto podany z Kaukazu i Syberii. W Polsce, prócz wyższych partii górskich, prawdopodobnie występuje na całym obszarze. Zasiedla gleby wilgotne zarówno na terenach otwartych jak i leśnych. Znajdowany zwykle w ściółce, pod kamieniami i rozkładającymi się szczątkami roślinnymi.
