Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1995:
Gatunek o niedostatecznie poznanym rozmieszczeniu; notowany dotychczas z nielicznych stanowisk w Polsce, na Słowacji, Węgrzech, zachodnim Podolu i w Siedmiogrodzie. W Polsce mało znany, przed przeszło 30 laty znaleziony tylko na jednym stanowisku, w ogólnym zasięgu najdalej wysuniętym na północ. Występuje na suchych łąkach, miedzach, ugorach, ciepłych zboczach oraz w widnych lasach i zaroślach. Żyje na okrzynie szerokolistnym — Laserpitium latifolium L. i sierpnicy pospolitej — Falcaria vulgaris Bernh. Larwa żyje na korzeniach.
