Taxon description

Heintze 1990:

Motyl spotykany pojedynczo w różnych środowiskach otwartych, lata od początku V do początku VII. Gąsienice żerują na wielu gatunkach roślin krzyżowych w VI i VII. Poczwarki, ukryte w oprzędach pomiędzy liśćmi na ziemi zimują niekiedy parokrotnie.
