Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1985:
Gatunek borealno-górski, rozmieszczony w południowej części Europy północnej oraz w górskich rejonach Europy Środkowej, docierający na południe do północnych części Hiszpanii i Włoch, Banatu, Siedmiogrodu i Ukrainy. W Polsce notowany dotychczas tylko z południowej części kraju, przy czym ze Śląska Górnego i okolic Rzeszowa notowany na podstawie danych sprzed przeszło stu lat. Stosunkowo niedawno znaleziony na Pobrzeżu Bałtyku (Lubiewo, 15 VII 1964, 1 okaz leg. A. Mońko). Zamieszkuje głównie podgórza i niższe położenia górskie.
