Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1980:
Gatunek o słabo poznanym rozmieszczeniu, wykazywany ze środkowej Europy, wschodniej Syberii, Japonii i Korei. Wszędzie bardzo rzadko spotykany. Na podstawie dawnych, liczniejszych wzmianek o występowaniu w lasach górskich można sądzić, że obecnie wyginął na niektórych obszarach. W Polsce znany tylko z jednej krainy, od przeszło 50 lat nie znajdowany. Ogólnikowe dane ze Śląska odnoszą się do stanowisk leżących w Czechosłowacji. Wzmianki o występowaniu w Polsce, bez podania dokładnych miejsc znalezienia, oparte były prawdopodobnie o dawne ogólnikowe, niesprawdzone dane o występowaniu w Galicji i na Śląsku. Zasiedlenie naszego kraju przez omawiany gatunek wymaga potwierdzenia udokumentowanymi materiałami. Warunki ekologiczne słabo zbadane, znajdowany w grzybach.
