Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1985:
Szeroko rozprzestrzeniony w Europie od Islandii, północnej Fennoskandii i Półwyspu Kolskiego przez całą środkową część kontynentu aż do północnych części Hiszpanii, Włoch i Jugosławii oraz Banatu w Rumunii; notowany ponadto z Kamczatki. W Polsce chrząszcz rzadko wykazywany, znany tylko z rozproszonych stanowisk w ośmiu krainach. Występuje na terenach nizinnych, przedgórzach i w dolinach górskich do wysokości około 1500 m n.p.m. Bionomia nie jest poznana — postacie dojrzałe poławiano w czerwcu i lipcu na krzewach oraz drzewach iglastych i liściastych.
