Taxon description
Prószyński et Staręga 1971:
Gatunek borealno-górski, znany z Alp, Karkonoszy i Tatr oraz z całego północnego pasa cyrkumpolarnego. W Tatrach żyje wyłącznie w pobliżu płatów wiecznego śniegu, na wysokości powyżej 1800 m n.p.m.
