Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1981:
Gatunek rozsiedlony głównie na obszarach nizinnych w środkowej części Europy, wykazywany też z Wysp Brytyjskich, Danii oraz południowych prowincji Szwecji i Finlandii. W Polsce znany tylko z siedmiu krain, na ogół rzadko i sporadycznie znajdowany, jedynie na Śląsku Dolnym częściej notowany. Zasiedla bagniste pobrzeża wód. Poławiany na roślinach nadwodnych, a nawet na częściowo zanurzonych w wodzie; w Puszczy Piskiej znaleziony w kępach turzycy prosowej — Carex paniculata L.
