Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1991:
Gatunek zamieszkujący zachodnią część Europy; granica wschodnia rozmieszczenia przebiega przez prowincje zachodnie RFN, Szwajcarię, północno-zachodnie Włochy i Korsykę. Występuje na różnych roślinach z rodziny ślazowatych — Malvaceae. W Polsce nie występuje. Wzmianki sprzed przeszło stu lat o jego występowaniu w Gdańsku i Modlinie są niewiarygodne.
