Taxon description
Gatunek zamieszkujący prawie całą Europę, sięgający na północ do Szetlandów i Karelskiej SRR, notowany ponadto z Kaukazu. W Polsce prawdopodobnie występujący na całym obszarze, jednak nie znany jeszcze z wielu krain. Zasiedla gleby zarówno wilgotne, jak i suche na polach i łąkach, w ogrodach i lasach, gdzie znajdowany pod różnego rodzaju rozkładającymi się szczątkami roślinnymi.
