Taxon description
Heintze 1990:
Czas występowania motyla — koniec IV do początków VI. Gatunek rzadki znany z południa kraju. Gąsienice spotykane od VI do VIII na trędowniku, mają na bokach między białą linią boczną a pośrednią po cztery (rzadko inaczej) punkty białe na większości środkowych segmentów. Zaniepokojone upadają na ziemię, zwijają się w gwałtownych ruchach na obie strony w obwarzanek i podskakują sprężyście na wysokość 2—3 cm, spadając raz na grzbiet, raz na brzuszną stronę ciała. Zimują poczwarki.
