Taxon description
Gatunek rozsiedlony w południowej, zachodniej i środkowej Europie oraz w zachodniej części Północnej Afryki. W Polsce znany z nielicznych miejscowości. Omyłkowo wykazany z okolic Warszawy przez Sz. Tenenbauma (1931), odnośne okazy dowodowe należą do innych gatunków (Szujecki 1960). Występowanie na Roztoczu winno być potwierdzone nowymi materiałami gdyż w zbiorze Sz. Tenenbauma brak okazów z Zamojszczyzny (Szujecki 1960). Znajdowany pod butwiejącymi liśćmi i wśród mchów w lasach oraz pod rozkładającymi się szczątkami roślinnymi na polach i w ogrodach.
