Taxon description

Burakowski et al. 1986a:

Gatunek rozsiedlony w zachodniej i południowej Europie oraz w południowej części Europy środkowej, wykazywany poza tym z Algierii. W Polsce znany z zachodniej i południowej części kraju, przeważnie z pojedynczych stanowisk w poszczególnych krainach. Omyłkowo podana przez A. Horiona (1960) nazwa miejscowości Walowice w Beskidzie Zachodnim odnosi się właściwie do Wadowic. Występuje na terenach nizinnych i w niższych położeniach górskich. Poławiany na roślinach nadwodnych, zwłaszcza na jeżogłówkach — Sparganium L. i pałkach — Typha L.
