Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1992:
Gatunek rozmieszczony od Francji po południową część byłego Związku Radzieckiego. W Polsce znany z nielicznych rozproszonych stanowisk w różnych częściach kraju. Występuje w widnych lasach, zaroślach i na suchych łąkach. Żyje na różnych gatunkach z rodzaju szczodrzeniec — Cytisus L., jak szczodrzeniec główkowaty — C. capitatus Scop., s. czerniejący — C. nigricans L., s. ruski — C. ruthenicus Fisch., s. rozesłany — C. ratisbonensis Schaeffer. Larwy żerują w strączkach.
